My services include personal training sessions, physical rehabilitation treatments, physical and functional assessments, and customized martial arts training for various purposes such as exercise, sports, self-defense, and lifestyle change. I also offer small group classes in martial arts, mindfulness, and fitness. I am available at South Style Martial Arts, 180 Sudbury Street (Toronto West End/Liberty Village). Sessions and custom packages are available for 1-on-1 training, couple sessions and private group classes. Prices per session will vary between:

Physical rehabilitation sessions are designed to help restore movement and function to injured or surgically repaired body parts and reduce pain and other symptoms associated with chronic conditions like back pain, osteoarthritis, and Parkinson's disease. Before receiving treatments, you must pass a physical and functional assessment with our Kinesiologist.

If you choose to follow your treatment with us, your physical and functional assessment will be included as a bonus.
A comprehensive physical and functional assessment is the foundation for my personal training programs and physical rehabilitation treatments. If you haven't undergone a thorough assessment of your physical condition and joint functionality, I recommend doing so. Alternatively, we can focus specifically on aspects that are relevant to your goals. For physical rehabilitation treatments, the assessment is mandatory and besides myself, a registered kinesiologist will also take part in the assessment. If you have insurance coverage for Kinesiology Services, we will give you a refundable receipt.
